Frances Gallardo

Frances Gallardo partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide operational system support including the implementation and development of LingaTech's current Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reporting and contributing to the continual improvement of the team's overall process. In addition to assisting with process improvement and system support, Frances serves as an Account manager. As an Account Manager, she works closely with several of our clients to understand their needs and help provide them with the solutions to meet those needs.

Frances' experience spans various facets of Talent Acquisition, including system testing, project management, and technical sourcing, making her a versatile and strategic asset to our team. She has built a distinguished career working with some of the most challenging and dynamic organizations, including Citi, Deloitte, and MITRE. Throughout her career, Frances has consistently demonstrated her expertise in developing and implementing innovative staffing solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Talent Acquisition teams. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Pace University.
